  1. Software and valid software license must be provided prior to installation.

  2. Cost of parts and hourly rate. Parts may be supplied by client or parts can be reordered by
    technician (Andrew) for an additional cost (based on availability).

  3. External devices or media must be provided. Pictures, PDFs, documents, music and video files will be transferred from the desktop, downloads, documents, music, pictures and
    video folders only.

  4. Clients must specify additional folders to be transferred. Software is NON- transferable.
    Technician(s) will not be responsible for any missed files.

  5. Labor fees are nonfundable.

Cash, Check

Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, an additional $5 service fee if these services are used.
